Our Blog has changed a little

I have been trying hard to keep up with the blogging, but with all the work we've been doing arranging goods for flood affected people, we have been snowed under.

I've wanted for a while to simplify the layout a little, to hopefully make it a little bit easier to read and follow.  Sometimes I blog late at night and although our old template matched our website design, I found that posts seemed to get "lost" in the chaos there.
